Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between:

• User / Customer: Any individual who requests or purchases coins.
• Coins Reseller (N13): A natural person acting solely as a coins reseller for providing Tango.me coins.
• Tango.me: The platform that owns, issues, and operates the coins and related digital services.

By using this website or completing any purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms without limitation or reservation.

2. Legal Relationship and Scope of Authority

1. The user acknowledges and agrees that:
   • The coins are virtual digital items owned, issued, and managed exclusively by Tango.me.
   • N13 is a natural person, not a company, corporation, or legal entity.
2. The Coins Reseller (N13) has no authority, access, or control whatsoever over the user’s Tango.me account, and cannot:
   • Access the account,
   • Modify account information,
   • Suspend, restore, or manage the account,
   • Interfere with any administrative or technical decisions made by Tango.me.
3. The role of the Coins Reseller is strictly limited to providing coins only.
4. No partnership, employment, general agency, legal representation, or fiduciary relationship is created between:
   • The Coins Reseller and Tango.me, or
   • The Coins Reseller and the user.
5. All matters relating to coin usage, suspension, restriction, or termination are governed solely by Tango.me’s official Terms of Use and policies.

3. Eligibility and Acceptance

• The user must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• The user confirms full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of their information and lawful use of the service.

4. Nature of Coins and Ownership Limitations

1. Coins:
   • Are not real currency,
   • Do not constitute an investment, security, or financial asset,
   • Cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged outside the Tango.me platform.
2. Purchasing coins grants the user a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use them solely within Tango.me, subject to its policies.

5. Pricing and Payments

1. All coin prices:
   • Are determined exclusively by Tango.me,
   • May change at any time without prior notice.
2. The user is solely responsible for any fees, charges, or taxes imposed by payment providers or financial institutions.
3. All payments are final, non-refundable, and irreversible under all circumstances.

The user has no right to request any refund, reversal, cancellation, compensation, or credit for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to incorrect purchases, change of mind, account suspension, loss of coins, or any action taken by Tango.me.

The user expressly acknowledges that purchasing coins is a final digital transaction.

The User is solely responsible for verifying receipt of the coins immediately after delivery.

Any claim regarding non-receipt, incorrect delivery, or transaction issues must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the transaction date.

Any claim submitted after the 3-day period shall be automatically deemed waived and permanently barred.

Failure to raise a written complaint within this period constitutes full and final confirmation that the coins were properly delivered and accepted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
2. The Coins Reseller makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. The Coins Reseller is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, or system errors related to Tango.me or its infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

The user expressly agrees that the Coins Reseller (N13) shall not be liable for any:

• Account suspension, restriction, or termination,
• Loss, freezing, removal, or expiration of coins,
• Disputes between the user and Tango.me,
• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages,
• Administrative, operational, or technical decisions made by Tango.me.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the Coins Reseller exceed the amount actually paid for the specific disputed transaction.

8. Indemnification

The user agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Coins Reseller (N13) from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• The user’s violation of Tango.me’s terms or policies,
• Misuse or unauthorized use of coins,
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any attempt to submit a false non-receipt claim, reuse prior payment confirmations to fabricate disputes, or misrepresent past transactions shall constitute fraudulent conduct.

The Coins Reseller reserves the right to refuse future service, permanently block the User, or initiate legal action under applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Knowingly submitting false financial claims may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Priority of Tango.me Terms

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Tango.me’s published Terms of Use:

Tango.me’s Terms shall prevail exclusively, and no liability shall arise against the Coins Reseller as a result of such conflict.

10. Chargeback and Payment Disputes

1. All payments are final and chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited.
2. The user agrees not to file any dispute or chargeback with banks, card issuers, payment processors, or financial institutions after completing payment.
3. The user acknowledges that the Coins Reseller has no authority or control over the user’s Tango.me account and cannot intervene in any platform-related action.
4. Any fees, penalties, or costs arising from a chargeback or payment dispute shall be borne entirely by the user.
5. The Coins Reseller has no obligation to reissue coins, restore services, or provide compensation in any chargeback scenario.

Submitting a chargeback or financial dispute after the 3-day claim period may be treated as intentional misuse of payment systems and may result in legal action.

11. Modification or Suspension

• The Coins Reseller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• The Coins Reseller may cease providing the service at any time without liability or compensation.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The courts of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire and final agreement between the user and the Coins Reseller (N13) and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Acknowledgment

By using the service or completing a purchase, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
